'So this place is gross. The room was disgusting both smell and dirt/dust everywhere. My allergies were instantly triggered. A poop mixed with pot smell. The fridge didn't work. The TV remote was sticky and there was dirt in the bathtub. I wouldn't recommend at all. 0 stars would be appropriate here.'

'At the low price, I expected something kinda ratty. Pleasantly surprised by a clean and comfy room. It may have been recently refurbisheded. My room was large, with king sized bed, desk and rolling chair, easy chair and ottoman, and a long dresser holding a long HDTV. They even had a card with all the TV options listed, which is rare. AC worked fine on low fan speed, and was quiet. Shower was new and had good pressure. Only drawbacks: no coffee maker and no fridge, But breakfast was 6:30 am...
