'It’s an OK inn if you can’t find a better place. As soon as I walked in, you could smell the staff in the laundry area smoking pot. Absolutely unacceptable. The TV didn’t work. They don’t offer complimentary breakfast either. '

'This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. '

'We were just looking for a room to stay the night and we’re super happy with this option. They allowed dogs and it was so cute and my family loved it way more than just a standard hotel.'

'Breakfast could have more options but if you like bagels it's fine. Parking is easy and rooms were clean. Staff was great.'

'Great location, parking was very close by and convenient. I get the price being a little higher than normal because of the location. One working elevator was a bit of a hang up then my room wasn’t cleaned after my first night so I don’t know what went wrong there. I checked out the next day so there was no need to make a big deal about it in my opinion but it may not be the case with the next person.'

'The property was very clean and the staff was helpful and very cordial. The Inn is located conveniently close to the major thoroughfares in the area. The restaurant being located in the property is great and the food was very good.'

'The room was all I needed and expected. No breakfast as I have a gluten free diet. Parking was horrible, trucks were parked in the front taking up to six spaces. There was plenty of space for them in the back. '

'Staff so supportive and kind understanding I was in Chattanooga for medical emergency. Breakfast great, free laundromat, towels as needed except once, building and interior very dated. They should do a remodel it’s a great walking downtown location! '
