'I came in from out of town with a whole group of people. The owners were very friendly, & helpful. The house is sparkling clean, & very well equipped. We were even able to have a few people over for dinner! Checkin was a breeze.'

'My husband, myself, our son, daughter, son-in-law and 11 month old grandson stayed one night in Hannibal. The location was good, home was clean with nice size bedrooms. One bedroom and bathroom were on the main level. There are several steps to the second level which was fine or us, but if you have difficulty with steps be aware. The water pressure was not very strong when taking a shower, but worked for us.'

'We had a great stay. The house has lots of character. We enjoyed the history of the property. The kids loved the pool. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We had one issue and the owner addressed it quickly.'

'We had seven adults including one who couldn’t manage stairs well. All of us were very comfortable and had a lovely stay in this historic home while exploring Hannibal. The kitchen was well stocked, sheets and towels were soft and smooth, additional dining chairs were in place prior to our arrival and everything was clean. '

'Stayed here a total of 10 nights (2 reservations) while our daughter was at Hannibal Regional Hospital recovering from complications of a surgery. We rented the upstairs unit first, (Parlor on Paris) also 2 reservations, but switched to Huck's Hideaway when we realized we would be in town several weeks. Since we were taking shifts & staying with her around the clock, it was the perfect place to relax, refuel & rest. Kitchen was very functional with a great gas stove & full size appliances....

The property is so beautiful and clean with some wonderful extras like donkeys & a sweet dog named Katie and Vicki is superNice and so is George. 'Very convenient to boat ramp and picnic area. Quiet location as last building of condo complex. Liked being on 2nd floor.'

'Very convenient for anyone visiting Mark Twain. Plenty of space, large fenced backed yard for your furry friends, & many conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. No need to stock up on groceries as there is a grocery right next door. Fire up one of the two provided bbq pits & enjoy the covered patio area with a table for 6.'

'This house is great! We have stayed the last 4 years at least. The host is always great! The house has everything you need for the weekend. Its conveniently located between both marinas! I highly recommend this house. Have gotten some family to rent it on their yearly weekend trip as well!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at the Stoutsville Cabin. Our daughters loved the games and Wii upstairs in the loft, as well as catching/releasing the bluegill in the pond. My husband and I drank coffee (delicious) on the upstairs deck and fell in love with the extra touches that made the entire property feel like home. We can't wait to book again!'
