'They did not have the room I paid for (a week in advance) when we arrived. They didn't say anything and just gave us a room with two full beds instead of a queen bed (which was what I had reserved and paid for). After seeing that they room was incorrect (and also smelled strongly of pet urine, we returned to the desk. They first lied by trying to say that the room with 2 beds was an upgrade, as well as lying to say that it was two queen beds, and finally trying to claim that the full and queen...

'This Budget Inn is no longer a hotel. I made reservations in May for a 2 night stay for July 26 and 27. When I arrived I was met by a family living in it who told me it was being remodeled as studio apartments and no longer a hotel. I had to seek out another hotel.'
