'Blood stained sheets, bed bug under sheet, made us take a 2nd floor room because of our dog even though I had request bottom floor access due to being disabled but the dog is a service dog. Breakfast was cold on Saturday. Nowhere to sit outside to smoke even though its a smoke free facility. Was woke up Sunday morning by someone vacuuming the hallway at 8am. Just one of the worst stays anywhere I've ever had.'
