'We had a great time at this home! It is located in a quiet, nice neighborhood and had plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. One of our favorite features was the fenced-in backyard- perfect for hanging out and watching the ducks swim by. The big, comfy couch was a great place to unwind. The host was super friendly and responsive, which made everything easy from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The bunkhouse was quiet and cozy. The bed was soft; the bath towels were huge and plush. There was a basket of snacks waiting for us and a large decanter of cold, ionized water in the fridge which was delicious. The place was not cluttered, and since it had the "open" concept, it was a rather large area. Even the bathroom was nice size. The owner was so nice and approachable. 'We were looking for a place that was close to the airport and easy uber/lyfts to downtown. This hit the mark. We had 7 of us in town for a guys trip. We were able to all sleep comfortably and enjoyed the property. They had a grill and all the cooking utensils we needed for a steak dinner we made. We also enjoyed the arcade games in the top floor. Would recommend! '

'My family had a last moment trip to Louisville for our grandfather funeral. There were 11 of us total that came down from Northern Indiana. The house was as, described in the listing. It was great to have all the outdoor space to relax and hang out after the long drives. All the rooms had great beds and linens. Great coffee supplied for the morning. You can tell the owners are trying to supply a great place for their guest. We would rent this place again for this size of group.'

'My stay was very comfortable. It is a nice, cozy area that is pretty quiet.. And nice. The only improvement I would make is to have soap in the shower. But overall it was a great stay!'

'Property is short driving distance to Churchill Downs and SDF. Plenty of shops and stores nearby. Home is good with ample parking. Bedrooms and bedroom closets are a little small (not a lot of room for big or extra suitcases). Accommodates 3 easily, the 4th person is a bit tight. Host is friendly and responsive.'

'This was a wonderful spacious home for our family to stay in. The beds were very comfortable especially the master bedroom bed. The neighborhood was nice. We stayed over night as we were traveling. '

'This property was perfect for our family getaway. Very clean and had all of the essentials. I can't speak highly enough to the responsiveness of Aron as the property owner. There was an electrical snafu with they keypad at check in. Aron was immediately responsive and made sure the rest of our stay was smooth. Highly recommend!'
