'This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous. Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. 'Kalm. sjiek en statig hotel. Zeer schoon, 2 verschillende restaurants met beide heerlijk Zwitsers eten. Ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en heel veel rust :-). Daarnaast een grote gym en spa. Ik kom zeker terug!'

'The level of service really depends on the individual staff which is present. Overall staff is pretty good and nice. At breakfast you're served well, during the day you may have to search for staff. Occasionally there's only 1 member of staff working at the desk, which may leave you waiting for a while. I experienced when trying to check out, I had to wait for 15 minutes when I was in a hurry. There's plenty of parking space available, a lot of nature around the hotel, you can go for a walk in...

'Three large beds in their own rooms with gorgeous views of the lake! Gracious host checked in with us and made sure we were comfortable. Very sweet! Would highly recommend!'
