John at reception was very kind and answered all my questions. Fabien helped us tremendously with showing us locations and shopping places. They both tolerated my broken French. 'The cleaning staff was very good. Excellent location. Things to improve: the beds were hard to sleep on. We stayed in a junior suite. The bathtub had no curtain so it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the floor. The breakfast could have more variety considering the price. '
