'The property is well kept and private. The walkability to the great local restaurants and groceries is a 9. Parking is off-street behind the main house, at the foot of the stairs to the private apartment, easily accessible and safe. Travel to Boston is available by commuter rail (purple line) Melrose Highlands 1 mile away. There are many walking, biking, hiking, and boating, options nearby. The owners are accessible if needed.'

'This apartment fit our needs perfectly (2 adults, 2 teens, visiting friends and touring colleges). Apartment was clean, beds were comfy, linens and towels were fresh. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is nice. We did use the pullout sleeper sofa, which was quite comfortable for my teen. Eduardo and Jorge were helpful and responsive. Really recommend this place for a Cambridge/Somerville location, but really, it’s easy to navigate anywhere in Boston because you’re close to the T. '

'Everything was perfect! Great location, quiet neighborhood, perfect distance to Boston and Salem for day trips with the kids. The place was clean and perfect for our family of 6 plus our dog. Excellent communication with our host too! '

'This house was just what our family needed for a “home base” while we enjoyed a few days in central New England. It was comfortable and clean, and it was easy to prepare meals when we ate in or packed lunches. Lin was very quick and helpful with communication, and I’d definitely stay again when we’re next In the area!'

'We loved the accomodation it was big, beautifull rooms. Unfortunatly there was mouse poo on one of the beds. we let them know and they came to clean it straight away. then when we went to bed we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed... and more mouse poo jn the kitchen... we did report this but we have had no respons.'

'Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely home which easily served a variety of ages and interests. House was super clean, cleverly decorated, and convenient to all sorts of shops and restaurants along Mass Ave. The adults appreciated the roomy, well-stocked kitchen and the sunny airy feel of the house. 'We only stayed one night to attend a wedding in Groton but would have loved to linger at this delightful historic home. Centrally located and convenient. Stocked with everything you need and so many extra touches that made it special. 'Beautiful old home! Great neighborhood! The close proximity to Boston allowed us to pack a lot of adventure into 3 days. Close to the train station and the T was easy to navigate. This house was so nice and comfortable to come home to every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was a lovely place to hang out, we celebrated our last evening of vacation on the deck with cannolis from Mike’s Pastry.'
