'They have a really good breakfast. Great coffee and food selections. Wish they had better tea. No brand and very basic. Two restaurants are easily walkable. Staff are very friendly.'

'Very helpful, informative and responsive to questions.'

'Very quiet. Nice bathroom,'

'Great house to house a big staff - Thank you again!!'

'Outstanding service from making appointment, checking in, and checking out. Host was outstanding and responded to every question quickly.'

'If you're looking for more space than a traditional hotel room offers this is the perfect place! It has a fenced in peaceful grassy patio we sat out in every evening; beautiful and spacious kitchen/living/dining common space. Plus; no long hotel hallway with room doors banging; you have your own entry door directly to outside. We used this as our base for several days of driving back and forth to hike at City of Rocks Nat'l Park and Castle Rock State Park. Our stay was very enjoyable; info on...

'I worried if there would really be enough seating and space for as many people as they advertised. It was perfect for our family reunion of 17 people. There were beds and seating for everyone! Excellent large rooms for sleeping, visiting, playing games, cooking & eating, etc...The Yard was AMAZING! Toys, balls, and other equipment for all ages. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Watched pelicans and birds in the early mornings from the living room and the balcony! So Relaxing! The air...

'Room was very nice. Did not have to change the temperature of the room, it was perfect. The host was very helpful.I would definitely stay there again.'

'Great little place to stay with lots of extras attached!!'

'Nice, Clean, and Cool when I got there. Rode in on a motorcycle in 106 degree heat and the room was nice and cool! Has everything you need. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!'

'I think the original site you view is very deceptive. You are shown this lovely living room and kitchen. Then you are shown the bedroom with bath. I didn't realize until check in that you shared the living space with all the other people who rooms are attached. There is no sink in the bathroom. Your sink area is in the bedroom area where the refrigerator and microwave are. Small counter space. Closet was adequate but had no hangers luckily we brought our hang up clothes on their hangers. The...

'Great place with tons of room for everyone.'

'Nice setup with a clean room that has most amenities needed, plus a common room with broader items such as a full kitchen, coffee maker, etc. Only downside is one large group can dominate the common area and leave a mess. The overall location is quiet with beautiful sunsets. Hosts were helpful and sent detailed instructions ahead of time. Great overall experience.'

'This is one of the best, well kept hotels we've stayed in. This was our 4th time passing through and stayed because of how great it is. They do allow pets which always worries me however you'd never know, you don't smell them in the rooms or notice any dirtiness at all. The view is amazing too!!'

'It was a great hotel with super friendly staff!'

'Was very comfortable and quiet, making for an extremely pleasurable stay.'
