'It was clean and everything we needed was on hand. Where it is located was perfect for our trip. It was quiet and relaxing. Would LOVE to stay there again in the future.'

'Our family was looking for a place close to Lake Rathbun that would allow us to all be together. What a wonderful spot we found! The pool is perfect, ample towels provided! Check in and out was a breeze! Plenty of space to park the boat at night. Wonderful!!!! Allowed the grandkids space and time to be with Grandma and Grandpa; what a blessing!'

'House was beautiful, lovely decor and furniture. Deck was well appointed with hot tub, grill, patio set. Would have liked just slightly more privacy, side deck was visible from road so passersby could see us hanging out in the hot tub, a privacy screen to the roadside would be an excellent addition. Otherwise, private back area to woods which was nice. '

'We had 6 family members traveling from California, Georgia and Pennsylvania to visit family in a nearby small town. This historic home in Pella was perfect for our stay. We all had private rooms and the common areas were spacious enough to accommodate us all. We walked into downtown Pella daily for the restaurants and shopping, super convenient! Would definitely book again! '

'We had a great weekend relaxing and playing in the water. The cabins were so clean. There was a great variety of water toys for the whole family to enjoy. The kids loved the paddle boat, kayaks and the pool noodles. We spent a lot of time together jumping off the docks and floating around. The fire pit area was wonderful.'

'It was absolutely beautiful. I would like to return in the fall.The kids enjoyed the fishing, very accessible. Not too far from town If you needed something but far enough to feel like you were in the middle of nowhere, my husband and I came back refreshed, relaxed, very enjoyable. My favorite part was the screened in front porch.'

'Nice little place on the edge of Pella made our trips back and forth to Lake Red Rock easy! The upstairs loft area does get a little warm but by the time the kids were ready for bed it was doable. Definitely would stay again!'

'The house has a very large open living room upstairs, plenty of bedrooms for us. The backyard is large, although most of it fairly steep slope towards the lake. The lake was up several feet when we stayed, so the beach in the photos was under water. Pella is a 7-8 minute drive away. Overall we liked the property.'

'Very nice place that was very clean and up-to-date. Offers lots of places to enjoy family. Nearby Lake Rathbun is beautiful with great fishing, this house has large outdoor fire pit with seating and large picnic table with umbrella and a wrap-around deck. Inside is cosy and comfortable. It’s a great getaway place!'
