'I did like the 2-person table in the room. The mini fridge was a nice large size, but more than half the shelves were missing. The room had a bad odor so we went and bought spray air freshener. That helped. The towels were dingy. I did sleep well on the bed. The location is unattractive - too close to a topless bar and behind a business that sold small sheds.'

'Excellent overall. Walking distance to the college and Lew Wallace study. Lots of history on the property alone to explore. Street parking only. My only complaint is that the windows are single pane glass and allow in a fair amount of ambient nose. '
