'Breakfast was below par. Bagels, muffins, bread and cereal is ok for some people but wasn't what I expected from such a lovely establishment. Not enough coffee to go around, orange juice was watered down. Plus hard boiled eggs that are cold wasn't, again, what I expected. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are also much needed. 'My family and myself really enjoyed our 3 day stay at the hotel Microtel Inn & Suites by Windham in Amarillo. The staff was so sweet and awesome and the breakfast was delicious 😋. If you ever need a good hotel I definitely will recommend it.'

'Kamer (108) was prima, netjes en schoon. Veel ruimte met een aparte keuken, helaas was er erg weinig bestek en keukengerei aanwezig. Ook zijn er weinig kopjes en glazen te vinden. Bed was goed en badkamer ruim, helaas was de showergel leeg en was er te weinig toiletpapier achtergelaten. Zeker aan te raden, erg fijn verblijf!'

'This hotel is used to house welfare and disadvantage recipients. It is NOT a hotel for travelers. The room had chipped paint, items in the room from a previous visitor, and bugs in the bathroom. Notwithstanding the fact that a fire broke out from a room in the back of the hotel. This hotel either needs a complete gut renovation in order for travelers to stay, or it needs to be taken off of Expedia as a feasible hotel.'

'AC was incredible in our room. The soap and shampoo was great! The website said there was sofa bed, however, they do not have sofa beds at this property. We got a roll away bed instead. Not good! The elevator and hallways were hot and not the cleanest. The foyer and desk area were great and looked just like the pictures. Beyond that it is a different story. I would not stay at this hotel again. '
