'Tyler, Jenna, and the rest of the staff here always make us feel at home. great place to stay always clean and friendly. My company has stayed here several times while working the Jacksonville Area. Anytime Its available ill stay here wether it be business or personal trip. ill eventually get to know the rest of the staff.. keep up the good work guys.'

'If you want basic hotel services, this works. It was clean. Doors locked, shower had hot water, there's a few cold items for breakfast.'

'Room smelled terrible. Lots of noise with other poeple in the hallways until early morning. Did not feel safe.'

'The rooms were ok. A/C worked good & beds were comfortable. TV was very small, bathroom floor was very wrapped with old dirty stick tile. Complimentary refillable shower & sink containers needed cleaned. Breakfast started at 7am, too late for my kids to grab a bite before we had to leave for our early ballgame.'

'Staff was friendly and helpful. Not many breakfast choices, however adequate. Room wss clean, bed was comfortable. '

'Renovations meant loud noises during the day, plus the pool was not available. Halls and elevator had lots of debris from Reno's. Biggest complaint was consistent sightings of a single ant. Get rid of it and not long before one more would show up. No obvious signs of where they were coming from. Beds were comfortable and the water was always hot.'
