'The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views.'

'Cold and wet during our stay, but it really didn't matter as the house is beautiful, perfect for a couple of days away with a games room including a pool table which was great, and the house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need..silvanas communication was great.... Will definitely be back! '

Chris was terrific to deal with and gave us a few good suggestions for dinner (and Wildgrain was a very good recommendation - thanks!). 'We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

'Fantastic property with plenty of room for two family.There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of.The kids loved the basketball court and trampoline. We will definitely be back. '

'The photos for this property did not do it justice. We were a group of 12 adults who fit comfortably in the rooms available with additional guests visiting during the day. I initially booked the house due to the impressive games room but we never even used this room as the upstairs was also set up for a group setting with lovely views, a great balcony and plenty of space for everyone. The house is set up with everything you need for entertaining. There was plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses etc...
