'The place was very spacious and can accommodate large group. We had 10 adults and 9 kids with teenagers.Bedrooms, Toilets and bathrooms are very clean.Kids love and enjoyed the common areas.The owner was very nice and cooperative.We are very happy to recommend this place. Surely we will comeback.'

'We have now stayed at this beautiful property 3 times, and each time it gets better. For us, it is inspiring with the view, plus the beautiful hosts of Sally and John, thank you. Looking forward for our next trip to Mornington peninsula. Obviously staying at Mt Martha Villas again. '

'The house was well eqipped, warm and large enough to fit us all. The beds were comfy. The weather wasn't great but the large verandah gave the kids some outdoor under cover space'

'We had an amazing stay at this house. The house is beautiful, clean and with a nice backyard (which is perfect for our dogs!). Location is perfect, very close to shops and the beach. Silvana is an amazing host. Would highly recommend this place for your next getaway.'

'We had the perfect rainy weekend away at this quirky bungalow! Amazing spa and sauna to relax and decompress. Not sure if I just missed it in the description but this is on a property - we parked in the resident's parking and we got a kind message to move the car in the morning. Definitely not a problem - just something to consider that there are other people on the property at times. 'Stayed here with 9 friends and felt like we had heaps of room. Garage/games room is lightly sound deadened which is good if you’re having a rather competitive game of pool. Only downside I found is that in the photos it looks like the bbq is on the balcony, but it’s actually by the front gate. Otherwise an excellent and well equipped property that we would happily hire again. Thanks guys '

'We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...
