They said hotels.com should "allow them" to do so, when calling hotels.com, they said they could not reach the hotel and that the hotel had 72 hours to react, which was too late... A nice common area on the first floor, with tea and cookies available most times. There are no lifts in the building, so you will be carrying your suitcase up and down the staircases. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection of hot and cold items.'
