'Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them. 'City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. '

'Mooie locatie. Alleen wij hadden de gele kamer, en deze is niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, wij waren er 5 dagen. Zwembad had geen voorziening om in en uit te stappen, dus je kon het zwembad bijna niet uitkomen, aangezien ik een blessure aan mijn arm heb. Dit kan echt niet.'

The location is good—peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and all the main sights. Manage, Mr. Ivan, was an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond. 'Vorsicht – Betrug und pure Abzocke! Ich habe das Hotel einige Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht und die Buchung auch bestätigt bekommen. Nach einer langen Anreise (über Nacht!) stand ich mit meiner Gruppe vor der Rezeption – doch dort wusste niemand etwas von meiner Buchung. Wir bekamen kein Zimmer, keine Hilfe, keine Entschuldigung! Mein Geld wurde NICHT erstattet. Nach stundenlangem Hin und Her durch die Stadt mussten wir selbst nach einer alternativen Unterkunft suchen – eine riesige Belastung...
