'Very outdated. No elevator so had to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs . Room is old , dingy and in need of paint, repairs and updating'

'We stayed in room 121. Do not stay in that room. It is by the exit door. You can't get any sleep. Someone was leaving & coming all night long. When the door Closes it makes a Loud noise. The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was really nice and polite. It was our first time staying there & we will stay there again!'

Ak Always lukewarm Coffee, OJ machine broken, food lukewarm, pool out of service but not divulged until asked , beds not changed, no luggage carts available, no safety bars in tub/shower, no‐slip mats provided, smoking outside of bldg doors entered hallway access to rooms, loud guests slamming doors at 5:30am.'

'Staff was rude the bathroom had no shower curtain and no remote control for the television and the toilet seat was not screwed in properly and the room had no hairdryer or tissue in the dispenser box and they had no toilet paper roll support for the toilet paper roller. I will not stay there again and they should fix the pool in that place so making a place look like a dump.'
