'I arrived at around 11ish to midnight, exhausted, and in need of a shower. On arrival I met with the girl at the desk (Heather) who was kind, courteous, and helpful. Heather checks me in. I’m assigned a single room, one bed, with a kitchenette. First thing, I heat up the oatmeal I purchased from the kiosk downstairs and reach for a spoon in the drawer - the spoon is filthy with grit and stains stuck to it.
