'Nice place to stay with family'

'Pathetic Experience at Radisson Blu Plaza, Mysore* > Had a very bad experience here. The toilet in our room was broken and not working properly. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution/compensation, he refused to help. > For a 5-star hotel like Radisson, this kind of poor maintenance and bad management attitude is completely...

'The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.'

'Very noisy and party time during weekends'
