'Stayed at the Serai Kabini for just one night but truly enjoyed every minute. Beautiful resort with fantastic, landscaped gardens. Joined both the afternoon as well as the early morning boat safari. As predicted by the ranger, the afternoon safari was fantastic with many elephant sightings. The early morning safari, even though it was beautiful on the river, was less successful in terms of seeing animals. I would recommend to join the afternoon (boat) safari for your best chance to see wild...

'We hebben een enorm goede ervaring opgedaan in dit hotel. Al de maaltijden waren koninklijk, ook het geheel zag er prachtig en heel netjes uit. Het personeel als de managers waren super aardig en gastvrij. Heel goed geslapen op comfortabele bedden. mijn vavoriete hotel in het vervolg!'

'Staff not considerate during renovations. Very bad.'

'Property itself is immaculately maintained and historical. A must stay for anyone visiting Mysore. Though the facilities were maintained with modern amenities, it took you back to the late 1800s where service and luxury were in tune. Sparklingly clean, great staff and food was delicious and best in Mysore. I will go again and again. Enjoy🙏'

'This is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. The rooms are magnificent, with a balcony overlooking the grounds and lake. The large bed was very comfortable and the staff efficient and friendly. The chef is amazing! Try the Goan fish curry. '

'The property is very good..staff is exceptional...so no issues there The big issue for us was our room was a family room next to railway tracks, so essentially no sleep for 2 days as the trains honk right near our window all night ..they need soundproofing...'

'Hotel, ambiance, location etc is excellent. So a stopover for a few days is very recommended. Safari-options however are not clear and insufficient supported. It seems that it is handled by "goverment busses" while other lodges have acces to private vehicles (Jeeps) which can come closer to the wild animals.'

'We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. '

'It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...
