'This is a beautiful property but I do not recommend booking through Expedia or any third party websites. Customers who book directly from their website get first dibs on booking. The check in process took almost two hours because they overbooked and the only room they had available was a king bed for four adults. 'The property was better than we imagined. I brought my wife to Napa for the first time to celebrate her 50th birthday. I let the concierge know in advance and they really took care of us with a room upgrade, wine and bubbles with strawberries along with a handwritten note wishing her a happy birthday. The property was really nice and clean and the staff was fantastic. They have a nice pool, courtyards with games, a nice bar and restaurant. It is also conveniently located across the street...

I have to give a special shout out to Camila who is a waitress/server in the restaurant in the lobby. She was FANTASTIC!!!!! She was very attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed. 'We upgraded to a second level room with a balcony (502) when booking, however we never used the balcony because the air conditioning system for the main building was so loud it was too u pleasant to be outside. We asked to change rooms upon arrival but the front desk was very vague about availability of other rooms and we seeks to have no choice to stay despite the whole place feeling pretty empty. '
