'The room was not entirely clean; the refrigerator was dirty, the sheets had holes, and the air conditioning filter was dirty and damaged. I reported all of this to the front desk staff, but they did not address it. I had to clean everything myself in order to stay for the duration of my visit; had I cancelled, I would not have received a refund. The price is excessive for the quality of the hotel.'

'Just be careful about getting a hotel a month in advance when there's a event yoy have to attend, i paid for a suite they gave me a standard, the manager said that they gave for a room that price was the price for today, so obviously they sold my room to someone else, very disappointed, one of the pull out couch was dirty, food was nice really kind cooker, me myself, i will never get a room from this location again, even the room phone wasn't working, just be careful for an advance stay'

I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed.
