From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...

'No one staffed front desk. Tried check in for 2 hours. Never got checked in Found another motel 30 miles out of my way. If I was charged for no stay it was done fraudugently I will look into retaianing a lawyer. My charge should not been charged'
