'Front desk was helpful. Wait staff needs training, ex. Long waits for service, inefficient, unprofessional. Patio service in our room was unusable due to lack of cleanliness and ruined chair cushions. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Pool was clean, but pool lounge chair cushions need replacing- very shabby, stained, ripped. Spa was nice, however some tattered towels should be changed out. '

'This was our best stay on a two month road trip. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this hotel and would give it six stars if I could. The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Soriano for her help and friendly smile. We loved the evening happy hour, especially when it was on the upper patio. '

'Clean room, old building, recently remodeled pool area that was awesome! “Living room” great for happy hour (get there before 6pm). Within walking distance of the town square. Great options for in-room service, not any more expensive than the nearby restaurants.'

'The bed was comfortable, and the white cotton bedding was nice - what you'd expect from a hotel that touts itself as a luxury spa hotel. But that's where the luxury ends and the pretense begins. They may have an "award-winning chef," but the restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner. Overall, the place has a very 1980s vibe. The room was so dark - no desk lamp even - that I had to create a makeshift area by the sliding glass door where I could use sunlight to put on makeup. There were...
