'We were a little shocked how rundown the street is, with boarded up and condemned houses around us. Didn't really feel that safe walking around at night. The house itself was alright for us. Spacious with a large TV and comfy couch for four. The beds were quite firm, but clean. The shower barely has power. All in all OK for a day or two, to see the falls.'

'So my friends and I needed a place to stay since we were seeing a show at electric city. EVERYTHING was booked and overly priced due to the bills game being home. I stumbled upon this property and gave it a shot. The place was VERY clean, super organized and it was an absolute hidden gem. We had no disruptions from any neighbors and totally enjoyed our stay. 'The view from the 17th floor was amazing which let us watch the fireworks over the falls each night.Bedrooms are huge and the bathrooms are well appointed with everything needed. And, the condo was very clean and neat.The lobby staff were always ready to answer any questions and the daily breakfast was a nice addition.'

'The main bathroom was dirty and the shower drain wasn’t working properly. We had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom before use, and contact the property owner about the shower drain which got fixed quickly. The house had a lot of spiders and dust in every room. House had a old moldy smell.'

'Property basically met our needs, we each had a comfortable room to sleep in and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for 3 to get ready for the day. My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event.
