'Check-in was very easy. Our host provided the door code several days before our arrival. The cottage was very clean and neat in a beautiful country setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. We would stay again and highly recommend to anyone to stay there.'

'Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15...

'We liked that the house had so much room. The double size bunk beds were nice since my adult kids were sleeping in them. They appreciated the extra room. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire ring, upstairs deck with the table and chairs and pool table. It made for some nice family time. The town of Morehead is only about 10 minutes away with multiple stores and restaurants for your convenience. We walked around the Peddler's Mall and visited Cave Run Lake to do a little exploring of the area. It was...

'Very clean and cozy. Julia goes above and beyond for her guests. Even fresh baked cookies and a stocked fridge and pantry! We loved visiting the horses and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. '

'We loved our stay at this cute cottage! Full kitchen and very well-equipped with quality cookware and utensils. Wonderful plush towels in the bathroom. Loved the decorative touches. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of extra towels and bathmats. Scenic country setting. Could use another towel rack in the bath, but we tossed damp towels in the dryer instead. The furnace/blower for the A/C is a bit loud, but we got used to it after a day or two. Overall, 5 stars! Would recommend and would stay again.'

'Amazing, beautifully furnished. Everything we needed for our stay. We had fun with the farm animals, especially the donkeys. As noted, the roads near by are very narrow. This location was perfect for things we did in the area in Lexington, Paris and other smaller towns. Communication was perfect. Would definitely recommend!'

'Great stay. Good location walking distance to downtown. Home was very clean and in excellent condition. We had 5 guys staying for work and there was plenty of room for us.'

'This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!'
