'First off, these are appartments not a regular hotel. There is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are spacious with a living area, kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom At the top of the building there is a small fitness room, pool and hottub. Because it's build on a mountain you really have 360 view over Kandy. The staff and manager are all very nice. The manager tried to help us with arranging train tickets and even brought us to the train station (at 5:30am).'

'Great host!!'

'My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

'We rented this property thinking that we were renting the whole house as advertised. It turns out that that this house is a hostel as per the sign out front and we were given one room. After some discussion with the owner we were given three rooms. The owner had not been paid by VRBO and I had paid VRBO one month ahead of time. 'AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! '

'I spent in Aiden's court my first nights in Sri Lanka before moving forward. This is a big 3-rooms house with a full kitchen. Microwave, gas stove and fridge are included as well tableware. 'Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! '
