'Great location, near both Lille Europe and Lille Flanders train station, as well as the métro and bus lines. Very close to the Old Town, restaurants and stores. Friendly staff and they have a resident cat! Very walkable area. Breakfast was included and had cold and hot options. Quiet at night. Great walk in shower. Again a separate toilet, but very close to the sink. The room was a bit small for me as I like to leave my suitcase out and couldn’t really but it really depends on the room you get....

'Mooi hotel, ruime kamer, aardig personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze, zeer centrale locatie, mooie rooftop bar'

'Helpful staff, nice rooms, good location (right next to Lille Flandres -which in the evening it's not so "worry free") Breakfast needs a small upgrade (did not have simple milk) even for a 3 star hotel. 8/10'

'Alles was top'

'Mooi hotel.Propere ruime kamers.

'Good sound insulation of the rooms, extensive breakfast and within walking distance of downtown. Covered (paying) parking at 100m.'

'Matig.

'We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a very disappointing experience, especially for the price of €110 per night. The room was dirty, old, badly isolated, and honestly gave us the feeling of being in a jail cell. There was no TV, the furniture and interior were outdated, and everything smelled old and unpleasant. The breakfast was even worse — the bread was so hard it was difficult to bite, and none of the products seemed fresh. I was alone with my two children, otherwise I would have...

'Perfecte locatie! Naast de ingang van de Westfield mall. Wat gedateerd maar prima te doen. Aardig personeel.
