'This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!'

Place is decorated nicely, has lovely vaulted ceilings, well stocked with kitchen goods, bedding/pillows, and even a wide variety of puzzles. Fast and courteous communication with the owner.'

'A great location. The beach is off the patio. Fabulous seating area on the dune. Clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a no frills location with a great AC, StarLink, new appliances, gas grill and large televisions. This is your place. Nick is a great, responsive and helpful host. Most days we didn’t see more than ten people on miles of beach. '

The neighborhood was quaint and well kept. The laundry area was immaculate and the General Manager, Shantell, was so kind and helpful. The Villa is literally right next to the pool but you wouldn't know it because they have the sidewalks and shrubbery designed in a way for excellent privacy. To get to the white sand beach,...

The only suggestions would be to have a couple extrs blankets for the beds for those who are cold blooded, and instructions sheets for the tv.Unfortunately the swim up pool bar close yo the condo was not open most of our days we were there, and the pool water was cloudy with lots of sand in the pool.'
