'I pre - booked a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi for 2 nights, showed up to pay for the room and they said that the only room available was a room with 2 queens. They said the room I booked was under construction so this was the only other option. They refused to give me a refund or a better deal even tho they clearly screwed up and hadn't let me know before hand of the change. The entire hotel was under construction and the pool and breakfast area weren't available. They could've at least...

'We checked into a room third floor was absolutely filthy. Carpets were awful. Floors dirty. So they moved us to an “upgraded room”. Wasn’t as bad bed was comfy seemed a bit cleaner. But water running on the floor from the air conditioning. And lots of water. They gave us towels to wipe it up ? No one came to help. We wiped it all up and the towels were black from the floor that we wiped. There is no breakfast just a few bars and coffee. Its quiet bed was comfy the rest well enough said. ...
