'Het onthaal bij aankomst in het hotel is zeer goed verlopen en ook bij het verlaten van het hotel is alles zoals gepland verlopen op een vlotte en vriendelijke manier. Personeel is in dit hotel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam als je hen iets vraagt. Het ontbijt zou iets meer mogen zijn want als je pas tussen 08.30 u en 09.00 gaat ontbijten is het meeste reeds weg.
Wat ons echter van het hart moet is hoe het management van dit hotel minachtend met zijn personeel omgaat. We hebben dit hotel reeds...

'I had a wonderful stay for work at Bugando Medical Center. The room was clean and spacious- every day Frida took great care with cleaning and hospitality! She made the long trip much more comfortable. If you are not used to noise, you may find it loud, but it is very central. Easy to get to the market, restaurants, anywhere you need. The staff is kind, breakfast was good, the rooftop bar has an amazing view! Will stay here again. '
