'My family loved our stay here at IGMAR. Wasn't expecting much, but we had 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, and even a small outdoor wading pool. Rooms very really clean and comfortable. The hotel is near Oybek metro but we took a taxi most of our time.
The apartment is slightly too big for our party of 3, but we are not complaining.
Told the staff we had to check out early and she promptly remembered our mealboxes and had it ready for collection.'

'This was my second stay at the property and for one night. My first stay was for 3 nights in room 709. This was rm 701 and it was not comfortable for a number of reasons. The room was huge, and poorly organized. Entry into space with 2 sets of closets, one which contained the safe box which didn’t work. The bedroom was off that large entry and was ok. 'Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite.
We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. No cleaning cloth or washing detergent so you can't really cook anyway. The outdoor pool needed maintenance. The gym is very basic if you are used to big commercial gyms.
They made us pay for two cups we "broke", but it was the vibration of the kettle that broke the cups. So be...

'Disappointing stay overall. On arrival, the staff couldn’t find my reservation, and communication was poor, making check-in stressful. Before arriving, I tried to arrange a car transfer but received little to no response and eventually gave up.
The room did not match the description online and had a noticeable smoke smell, which made it uncomfortable. The bedding was also inadequate—we were given a duvet cover with no duvet inside, and it wasn’t large enough to cover two people as it appeared...
