'Beautiful area! Beautiful home! Our group of friends had a great time playing games, cooking food, and renting a boat nearby! Couldn't have asked for a better relaxing weekend before we get married in a few months. Plenty of space and things to do at the house or within 15-20 min. '

'Eight adults, one child and two infants had plenty of room to enjoy this lovely home. The pool was fantastic for water fun. Having the party garage was a wonderful space to enjoy the breeze as well as the screened in porch .'

There was plenty of room for us to spread out and having 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus. Because of the weather (it was rainy all weekend) we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy any of the outside spaces. 'Awesome place. Plenty of space for large groups. We had 12 in our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, lots of pots and pans, crock pots, tuber-ware, utensils and cooking utensils. Beds are very comfortable. There were extra blankets and sheets. Plenty of towels/linens. Extra floats and chairs were available for use. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The back deck was our favorite spot. Great stay! Highly recommend. '

'Cedric’s property was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway! Communication was great, they even went out and bought shampoo when we asked if there was any on property. It was perfectly located, 10 minutes from where we were meeting with family. We loved that there were ceiling fans in every room for those hot Kentucky days and nights. 'We were going to a concert at the Dam, this property is around 1/2 from the Dam, which fir us was PERFECT. The house VERY CLEAN and VERY well stocked. They had just finished putting in a patio out back the we arrived. It is very nice, we spent one entire evening at it. DEFINITELY would recommend this place. We plan on coming back'
