'Kamer was mooi en ruim. Er viel echter ook een aantal dingen tegen. Ontbijt was erg karig. Hot tube was slecht borrelende “cold tube”. Sleutel moest twee keer worden bijgeladen. Er werd veel gebouwd/verbouwd.'

'Very nice located with many trails from the resort. Staff was very helpfull. Good food options for a fair price. '

'We stayed in a honeymoon suite and the views were simply amazing. Jock the Bushbock visited us on a daily basis. It's quite a walk to the restaurant but with an excellent full board, you'll need the exercise anyway. Staying and hiking in a world heritage location and its beatiful surrounding nature made our short 3 nights stay perfect. Take the locally provided helicopter tour (40 minutes with sparkling wine) and you will appreciate the majestic character of this beautiful region, it's really...

'Prachtige locatie, wel wat verouderd. WiFi werkt slecht. Heel attente medewerkers'

'Heel mooie tent in de bush met alle voorzieningen, inclusief zwembad. Opmerkelijk het zeer warme water voor bad of douche. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het lekkere gezonde eten. De ruime keuze aan plaatselijke wijnen.'

'Montusi is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Ideal for hiking and enjoying nature. Restaurant is exceptionally good and staff are super friendly. Bungalows are very comfortable and have been modernised. Pool was enjoyed by the family. '

'Veel potentie, maar de bungalows kunnen wel een herdecoratie gebruiken.'

'5 out of 10.'

'Staff were very courteous and helpful Assisted us in viewing many of the big 5 animals. The roo.m was spotless and very comfortable. The food was excellent. Each meal was superbly prepared by a qualified chef. We will return '

'Reception staff were hospitable and pleasant. Restaurant staff seemed to lack hospitality training and were not customer focused, preferring to look at their phones and told us to get our own wine from the bar. Our room smelt musty but was OK when windows & doors were open. A tea bag and milk would have been appreciated. Room itself was large and comfortable and the scenery was stunning.'

'heerlijke locatie, echter het verblijf is erg verouderd, slechte douche, koud in de winterperiode. Eten in het restaurant is super.'

'View from the hotel is stunning'

'We really loved our stay at Ledges Retreat, the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. Royal Natal is really closeby to go for a hike. The room was nicely decorated and modern with a big bathroom. Everyone was really friendly and the dogs were a bonus ;-) Definitely one of our favourite places during our 3 week trip!'

'Uitzicht op de Drakensbergen. Activiteiteb in de buurt.'

'enigszins afgelegen maar mooie locatie in ( nagemaakte) historische sfeer zeer gastvrije, betrokken leiding met gevoel voor mens en milieu.'
