'1) Multiple roaches 2) Known in Starkville as "The Crack hotel" 3) Did not serve promised breakfast in the morning. 4) Location has signs saying housekeeping will only enter upon request. But had housekeeping enter room and move belongings. 5) Shower took 10 + minutes to get hot. 6) Shower massively clogged / backed up. 7) Loose outlets and outlets with no covers. This is very unsafe. All this noted in 2 nights out of the planned 11 Had to move cancel the remaining nights and seek...

'This is a cozy clean apartment in an area convenient to Mississippi State University. Big enough for a couple to have a nice homebase for their activities for a weekend. Easy check-in and communication with owner. No problems!'

'Our stays (yes multiple) were great and Suzanne was very helpful and considerate. The condo was very nice and well equipped. The only thing I can complain about, and it isn’t her fault of course, is the stairs. Be aware that most of the living space is up a rather steep flight of stairs. Being a senior adult I found them somewhat troubling but not so much we didn’t stay several times. Just be aware. I don’t doubt that we will consider renting again next baseball season. Hail State!!!'
