'Our rooms were excellently cleaned! The staff was amazing and we ended up getting in earlier than expected so I called to see Could we come on and check in and they allowed us to!!! All the cleaning staff were amazing and front desk staff things our 3rd time using this facility and anytime we are in town we will always stay with the courtyard!!!!!'

'good location, close to university and cotton district for entertainment. Going thru renovation but room was all updated with new floors, beds, 32 in tv, and very clean bathrooms. Slept very well and was as comfortable as hotel I paid twice as much the day before. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to pick from. Because of exterior renovation, outside is a bit dusty, but everything else was near perfect.'

'This house has 3 good sized bedrooms and each has a bathroom. It’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to Mississippi State. '

'Nice studio apartment behind a home. Very clean, very quiet. Nice bathroom but be aware. Shower does not get very warm. Nestled in nature but barely out of town. Convenient to stay for a ballgame.'

'Property is immaculately kept, nicely furnished, the complex is quiet and would stay here again. However, full disclosure, there are no cutting knives or bottle opener and the bedrooms are tiny so one side of the double bed is flush with the wall which can make getting in and out of bed difficult if two people are sleeping in the same bed. Excellent communications from the property mgr. '
