'Check in/out was a breeze, the unit was clean and well stocked with most everything you could need. Downstairs area is amazing for after the beach lounging. Could use a gas grill instead of charcoal. Other than that, 5 minute walk to beach, perfect for couples and we hope to stay again! '

'My husband and I had a great stay! It was relaxing, a great location and a beautiful beach area. We enjoyed sitting on both decks during the day and night. We were a little concerned that it was a duplex but had no issues with neighbor noise because it was a very private set up. '

Deanna was so responsive and friendily. We received information about the house timely and were very informed. The house was well stocked and SO CLEAN! I have high standards for cleanliness and this was perfect! Beautiful furniture and well maintained. Being right on the beach was great and the walk out was not far at all...

'This condo is absolutely adorable! It has an amazing view of the ocean and everything you need so all that you have to bring is groceries! So very tastefully decorated just as in the photos! 'Very clean and spacious, bright and beachy. We only made breakfast and had all utensils and pans needed. LOVE that they had k-cups with a Keurig! 2-3 minute walk to the beach! This condo is right across from the Trailer Bar. They have live music which was great. We would just put chairs on the deck, listen and people watch. But when you’re trying to sleep, you can hear everything across the street. People tend to get a little louder when drinking, lol. Did not bother me one bit, my husband...

'Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.'

'We had the best week staying at the Posh Pelican! Michelle is a wonderful owner who was available any time we needed her! She checked in on us to make sure we didn't need anything; brought us an extra wagon to use, a new shibumi, & a little surprise for our son! The house was super clean & had everything we needed. We will always recommend her & her properties & can't wait to stay again! '

'Our family of 9, which included 3 children, enjoyed a relaxing week in this beautiful house located in N. Topsail Beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, and the view of the ocean was spectacular from both levels. The kitchen was well-designed, and the multiple dining areas suited our large group for meals and board games. The adults enjoyed fishing in the surf, and caught enough pompano, whiting, blues and spot to have a delicious fish fry. The hot tub located on the lower...

'Super nice place. Small but very accommodating. My wife and I had 3 kids and each had there own sleep space. Would highly recommend for husband wife or husband wife with a kid or two! I will add fold out coach is nice and comfy as well. '
