'We had a great week at the property. Even with 29 people it was spacious enough for all. Access to the beach was nice, and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. The upstairs fridge was having a hard time making enough ice, but we bought extra. The one negative comment is for the outdoor grill, it was disgusting. Spent an hour scraping oyster shells and an inch layer of grease and other gunk off the bottom pan and grill racks. It took everyone awhile to get used to all the rooms, and we couldn't...

'This house is perfect! Modern, clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen - everything has been so thoughtfully planned and taken care of! We loved the direct access to the beach and watching the ocean from the decks. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs and areas for the dogs to be outside, too! We plan to come back again! '

'Beautiful home in the perfect location. A short walk across the driveway to the beach and pool access is perfect with views of the beach from the decks. The owner is great to work with. We had an emergency and we were able to switch weeks without a problem. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. 'Lovely home with amazing views. The view of the ocean is better than the photos capture. I was able to enjoy being close to the waves while taking care of my mother with dementia. The elevator made this a possibility. The home is spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and a bathroom in each bedroom was very helpful. I will definitely plan another stay in the future.'

We watched the sunrise from the deck in the morning. 'The house was awesome. It’s in a great location and the beach is easy to access. Overall, my family had a great time. I’d recommend bringing extra beach towels as even though the listing mentions them, there weren’t enough for everyone. Also each person gets one bath towel and one wash cloth so if you feel like you need more or don’t want to wash towels regularly, I’d bring extras. We look forward to coming back next year!'
