'Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. 'Het is een prachtige locatie en ze brengen nog steeds verbeteringen aan zoals een overkapping van het terras. De nachten zijn erg koud en er lag al een extra deken maar dat is in het midden van de nacht iet genoeg om echt warm te blijven. De locatie is magisch en het uitzicht op de bromo is maar enkele minuten lopen. De service is goed. '

'The property is decent, it was within an apartment complex. Aircon are cold and basic cooking equipment are provided. I found the check in and check out a bit cumbersome as it was dealt via another 3rd party not with the property itself. The connected mall is dead quiet but there are some eateries.'

'Love this beautiful villa. Love the pretty yard, the pool, the second floor terrace with the two huge cozy chairs, the four pretty bedrooms, and beautiful kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s noisy during the day but over all I love this place. I can just have grabfood to deliver my meals. Excellent! '

"Verbleef in executieve room, met compleet ingerichte keuken, magnetron, nespresso machine,vaatwasser, wasmachine, bestek, borden etc... Minpuntje was alleen het lawaai van motoren die 's nachts de straten als racebaan gebruiken. "

"I stayed here with my family, including two kids, and our experience was fantastic. The staff thoughtfully provided a tent for the kids as a welcome gesture, which was incredibly sweet. I slept like a baby—the bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Dilla, Sri, and Tulus for their exceptional care.
