'Great hotel located practically on the beach with excellent service. We could hear the sea at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was probably enough to feed everyone in Trinco. Great diversity and especially great waffles. Towel service at the pool was great and we loved the crab restaurant. Highly recommended. However, strange pricing strategy is very strange. We had to book via expedia on their wifi because it saved us $100 per night. Which is strange for a luxury hotel'

'Hotel heeft een top locatie. Je komt naar dit hotel alleen voor het strand, zon en zee. Met gezin ben je hier meer dan welkom. Er is echt te weinig personeel in dit hotel om genoeg aandacht en service te verlenen aan de gasten. Het service is erg traag. Bestelling duren te lang, een drankje aan het zwembad bestellen duurt 30 minuten tot 45 minuten, eten bestellen duurt net zo lang. Det var långt in till nått, jag skulle säga att detta hotel var mer för att surfa lite, eller för nygifta par som vill vara lite för sig själv, å bara ta det lugnt och sola och bada. 'We stayed here for two nights on our journey down the east coast. The bedroom and bathroom were huge with all the amenities you'd expect, even English channels on the TV. The pool is fabulous and the location on the beach is perfect. We went half board and were satisfied with the meals. However if we were staying longer I probably would just do b&b.'
