'Prachtig hotel met fantastische voorzieningen op een mooie locatie. Mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer op de rivier. Het hotel heeft verder al het comfort, mooi zwembad, mooi restaurant, massagemogelijkheden en hulp bij excursies zoals een snorkeltocht of walvissen spotten aan de oostkant van Sri Lanka. Daarnaast zitten in de buurt een aantal leuke restaurantjes voor ontbijt/lunch/diner. Wil je in Trincomalee helemaal tot rust komen in een mooi hotel, kan ik deze zeker aanraden. '

'Hotel heeft een top locatie. Je komt naar dit hotel alleen voor het strand, zon en zee. Met gezin ben je hier meer dan welkom. Er is echt te weinig personeel in dit hotel om genoeg aandacht en service te verlenen aan de gasten. Het service is erg traag. Bestelling duren te lang, een drankje aan het zwembad bestellen duurt 30 minuten tot 45 minuten, eten bestellen duurt net zo lang. 'We were 2 couples that stayed at Roccos for 2 1/2 weeks. Beautiful pool area, excellent service and really good food! We had breakfast included and tested all the tasty Sri Lanka dishes. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Roccos if/when we return to Arugam Bay <3'

'Prachtig hotel mooie omgeving prachtig strand, tuin en zwembad. Kamer ook mooi maar er mist iets. Hotelpersoneel is vriendelijk maar geeft net niet dat extra gastvrije gevoel - hun Engels is ook beperkt. WiFi is alleen goed op Android op iPhone dramatisch. Eten en drank te duur waardoor niemand naar bar gaat, introduceer bv happy hour en maak een zitje op t strand! Leuk italiaans meisje die yoga en Aquajoggen geeft zij brengt wat levendigheid in het zeer rustige resort! Buiten hotel is niks...

'I loved to stay at Antheia Beach Resort. The location was amazing, just walking distance from the beach, you can listen to the ocean waves while sleeping. Room was good, love the shower, a/c was working pretty well, breakfast was good, also good hospitality. I recommend this hotel and defenitely would satay again. The beach is amazing, one of the best if not the best beach I visited in Sri Lanka! '

'We loved Passi Villas- it’s very quiet, pool was great and food was great. We had half board with fresh pastries fruit and eggs for breakfast and for dinner a 3-4 course meal- I had the fish every night which was different daily The management leave you alone and you have the manager’s phone number if you need anything urgently. In the morning I would talk to the chef about what we would like for dinner- so very personal service. If you don’t like peace and quiet then you won’t like this place-...

'We really enjoyed our stay in the Passi villas. The rooms were incredibly big. We had a super big bed plus an extra bed. They had an amazing pool which was great to swim in. The beach was unfortunatly full of stones, so need to walk to the public beach. The service was the best so far. Breakfast very nice. If you want to have european standard better go to the hotel next door, its bigger but not that nice pool. but if you want to experience the real tamil friendlyness go to the passi villas....

'Kjempefint hotel. Lite mennesker i februar. Var nesten alene hele oppholdet. Supervennlig personal, du får din egen butler for oppholdet som du kan ringe hvis du trenger noe. De ordner utflukter, taxi, tuk tuk eller alt du måtte trenge. Vi dro på safari og de ordnet alt for oss. Store bungalows med god seng. Rent og fint. Anbefaler for en avslappende tid.'
