'We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed this spot! Everything was just like the photos. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a beautiful view. We enjoyed grilling food and spending time on the patio by the lake. If we had more time we would have explored the park next door. Maureen has everything you need and explains locations of local restaurants and local grocery stores in the materials she provides. I would note there is not an oven in the kitchen, just a stove top. We used the grill for our needs but...

'Stocked very well! Everything was spotless! Having an ice cream stand 20 yards from the door is a nice plus! Beautiful views! Comfortable furniture (and beds). Cannot recommend high enough. One of the nicest places I have rented! The only downside is stairs (I had no issues….but if you have mobility issues be aware of lots of stairs). Owner was prompt responding and very easy to communicate with!'

'Went up to visit my daughter who attends RIT with my husband and my son. It was close to RIT and the unit is new and has A/C. Fully equipped kitchen (although we did not use it much). I would definitely stay again in the future.'

'Stayed here with my family for the July 4th weekend. Charming lake house on a quiet street. Perfect spot to start the day with a gorgeous sunrise and end the day with a beautiful sunset. We shared meals on the porch and threw the football in the backyard. It was perfect for us!'
