'This little cabin was just right for the two of us. We were traveling during the day and staying at the cabin at night. The sunsets were beautiful. The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was very accommodating and responsive to texts. We had a good experience at the Sugar Shack. '

'Easy overnight and the dogs LOVED the big backyard. Great communication from the host. We were a little dubious driving through a warehouse district until we pulled up to the house and it was perfect. Adorable house, big ol’ yard, and delicious tacos 2 minutes away from Lalo’s Taqueria. Would happily stay again if we ever drive through Joplin. Thank you for providing an easy clean place to stay with the dogs. '

'What a wonderful weekend. The home was perfect for us. We had 8 women in our group. We. had plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations for our group. It was very nice to have the additional refrigerator space as well. The Hot tub and back deck were very nice features to have. We used both often. The docks and all of the chairs were very nice. 'The cabin is sooo peaceful and quiet across from the park w/the lake within easy walking distance. Host was very understanding about a request we made and for me locking the key in the cabin. Definitely will stay again when I need to come up that way from Alabama again, if it’s available. '

'Our stay at Maurizio’s apartment was top notch! First class all the way. Maurizio was in contact with us as needed up until the day of our trip and was very responsive.Maurizio happened to be out of town during our stay, so his son, Luca, greeted us and settled us in.We cannot say enough wonderful things about Luca. He gave us the tour of the apartment and detailed for us the amenities. But what really made an impression, was how he took us to the Metro station and got us our week-long Metro...

'We chose this location because of the view of the lake, privacy, lake access for fishing and dog friendly. Unfortunately for us they were having a dock built during our stay which limited our privacy and ability to fish. The dock got finished so that won’t be an issue going forward, just bad timing. The owners are very nice! Appreciated the attention to detail like having multiple types of chargers available on the nightstand, extra hair ties in the bathroom, dog bowls and tray for our pup :)...
