'Great hotel!'

'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

Food was great Both beaches are the only thing that could improve to have more sand and cleaner entrance in the beach. On both beaches there is a lot of rock and not space to relax and swim I. The water. '

'The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. '

'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'Experience perfection. ​Our stay at Sugar Mill was incredible. The room was perfect, offering stunning sunrise and sunset views that were the highlight of our mornings and evenings. Rupert and Andrea were so welcoming, expertly coordinating all our rides and boat trip. With impeccable service and delicious food, it was an incredibly relaxing getaway, we truly cannot wait to come back!'

'Simple, clean and comfortable rooms with high quality sheets and towels. A breathtaking setting and a spectacular sunset. Onsite pool. Very good restaurant from which to enjoy the sunset. Half the price of staying on the beach and so peaceful!'

'Clean room & the perfect patio to sit & watch the waves come in. There is also a restaurant on property that was wonderful and were great hosts. Room was clean and AC was strong even though it was a scorcher outside. Check in process was easy and personal. Would stay here again '

'Most of the other reviews really say it. Its not a 5 star resort and you should not expect that. We had the room with the private pool and it was out of service and drained. This is a historical site which is a lot of fun, originally built by the Dutch sometime before the English took it over in 1666.'
