We hadden 3...

'We have stayed here several times with 0 complaints. This time, the shower had no pressure, the sink wouldn't drain out, there was no soap. The TV only had 2 channels. The desk attendant came & tried to solve tv problem. She was very polite & helpful. The room above us stomped all night , we couldn't sleep. So loud I got up twice cause it sounded like someone was trying to get in our door. We wont be staying there again.'

'Good price for the hotel , but building seemed slightly dated and in need of repairs. Great place for sleeping and just passing thru.'

'Not sure how this was rated an 8.2 out of 10. The bed squeaked so much I thought there were crickets in the room. Ended up wearing ear plugs to actually sleep. There was a single cup coffee maker in the room, but the tray to hold the coffee bag fit another model making it useless. I was traveling on business and had multiple rooms. One of our room keys did not work. When that person told the night manager she said “my shift is over and need to leave, I will call someone”. She made the call...

'It was a perfect Homebase for a work trip. Lots of space, clean room, good and quick breakfast and drinkable coffee.'

'The staff were available, efficient and friendly. I needed some accommodations and was never disappointed. The location is perfect for access to the interstate and nearby restaurants. There were a lot of choices for the included breakfast.'

'Clean room, reasonable breakfast (except coffee)'

'They were very accommodating!'

'Had a little mixup on checking in but staff gladly fixed it. Room was for the most part clean. Did find a few hairs on the sheet. Breakfast was satisfactory'

'Newer hotel conveniently located with clean rooms.'

'Clean room'

'The gentleman that check us in was great. However, the room was gross, the floors needed mopped, and the bed…. It needed clean sheets and blankets because there were stains on the blankets and hairs in the sheets. When I checked for bed bugs I noticed the mattress had duct tape covering holes and the frame the mattress was sitting on should have had caution tape.We were put behind the main building and it felt very off, to the point that our dog would only use the bathroom at the top of the hill...
