'Clean room close to airport'

'Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. There is also steady foot traffic from bar...

'Check in was smooth but make sure to print your receipt to show proof that you paid via Expedia since sometimes it can be weird on their end. The gym was quite nice & they have women hours. The room had AC. My only complaint was the heated bathroom, I could not change the temperature no matter what button I clicked. It was always so hot in the bathroom & felt like a sauna.'

'The hotel is in a nice part of the city with good restaurants not far from the hotel. It is in a quiet street, so there isn’t much noise. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty , continental buffet style, a lot of choice and daily fresh fruits. Also liked the terras on the roof, a very nice place to relax.'

'It was adequate, nothing more. The chambermaids did a lousy job of cleaning, neglecting to clean the toilet, make the bed properly, etc. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. The gym was tiny and poorly equipped. The location is excellent, close to the city center, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I would not stay there again.'

I booked a 13-night stay at this property but had to check out after just ONE night because the room and conditions were completely unlivable. The hotel officially issued me a 1-night checkout invoice, acknowledging the issue, and promised a refund for the remaining 12 nights.
