'The checkin was easy and smooth. The apartment was outstanding and had plenty of glasses, dishes and plates for multiple meals. The combo washing machine/dryer was awesome to have. The only issue was the reservations needed for the sauna area from 5-8 which we missed out on. '

'uitstekende service en accommodatie minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet...

'Kamer is kraaknet, warm interieur. We hadden standaard kamer geboekt, en kregen superieure kamer, wellicht omdat het restaurant gesloten was voor renovatie. Locatie hotel is pal in het centrum. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We konden onze wagen parkeren in de parking van het casino 50 meter verderop, met een parkeerkaart van het hotel voor 15 euro per dag. Lekker en betaalbaar eten kan je in 'the river', dat is net om de hoek.'

'Just had 5 nights with the family on a skiing holiday in this lovely hotel located right on the slopes. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the lounge with stunning views of Mont Blanc is stylish and welcoming, the rooms despite being a little tired are warm, clean and have crisp white sheets and fluffy towels. We also had balcony with mountain views. There were some lovely touches too, like little teddy bears on our children’s beds and a bottle of champagne on arrival because it was...
