' Beautiful decorated room with a super comfy big bed. The breakfast every morning is delicious and the owner always open for a chat. Large garden and a small gate at the end to go to the vineyards. A small Nespresso machine in the room would make it perfect! ;) We visited Bergerac, Duras, Eymet and Bordeaux. Beautiful area.'

'L'accueil par Manu fut très sympathique. La chambre et la SdB sont spacieuses et tres propre. C'est calme. Mesurant 1m91, le lit était juste pour moi. Pour le reste tout était parfait y compris le petit dej. Je reviendrai à l'occasion et je recommande. '

'Omdat de keuken gesloten was, op de aankomstdag, kregen we telefonisch een code voor de deur. Binnen lag keurig een brief en een kamersleutel. Maar er was verder (bijna) niemand in het hotel! Dat voelde niet fijn. De kamer was enorm groot, goede douche; maar niet gezellig. De volgende ochtend werd het ontbijt geserveerd ‘bij de buren’ in het bijbehorende restaurant. 'Belle gîte honoured its name: within an old farmhouse this gîte was charmingly set and furbished, with access to beautiful terrace under high roof where we relaxed every night and during daytime as well. The pool is in the back garden with view on vineyards and surrounding area. Hosts Simon and Cheryl are wonderful, around and available if needed, warm and positive attitude. Peaceful area full of vineyards.'

'This old property in the heart of the bastide of Saint-Foy-La-Grande is an ideal base for exploring the Dordogne Region. The host, Rysha, communicated excellently with me. Not only did she provide the necessary information about the property, but she also sent us a wealth of information about the village, the surrounding area, places to visit, things to do, local restaurants and local events. 'We had a very nice time! Near a supermarket and a bakery, which is very comfortable! The house was lovely, we enjoyed staying there, certainly with the very nice swimming pool. Michael is very friendly and helpfull. He tries to contribute as much as he can to our comfort. Thank you Michael! I would recommend it to others!'

'La maison est vaste, l’aménagement intérieur est très « brocante », ce qui pourrait être charmant, mais il n’est malheureusement pas assez entretenu : armoires sans étagère ou sans porte, brûleurs de cuisinière bouchés, porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, etc. La piscine est belle, mais son environnement est là aussi bien triste : terrasse en petits galets désagréables sous le pied, arbustes morts, bâches qui trainent, volets dont la peinture s’écaille… Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, mais...
