Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Leider kann man im See nicht baden, aber die Umgebung ist sehr sehens- und erlebenswert, vor allem natürlich die Rhodopenbahn und die kleinen Gemüsestände an den Straßen. 'Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour dans la Maison Verte. Idéalement située entre lacs et montagnes, nous avons pu faire de très belle ballades. La maison est très calme , agréables et spacieuse (nous étions 6). (améliorations possibles: ajouter un lave linge et faire un système de douches qui n'inondent pas toute la salle de bain) .'

'Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.'

'The staff is very kind, the food is very tasty (excellent cooks)! The spa facilities and pool were big and enjoyable, we did not have too many people during our stay so there was plenty of space. The rooms are also big enough and comfortable. On the down side, the lighting is weak in the corridors/halls/ main area, which reduces the comfort and gives an impression of cost cutting.'

'Renovierungsbedürftig, Duschen in Bädern kaputt, Englisch spricht fast niemand, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz, Ich musste das Zimmer sofort beim Check in bezahlen. Das ist mir in noch nie passiert und ich übernachte viel in Hotels. Musik im Zimmer nicht ohne weiteres abstellbar, man wird unfreiwillig morgens um halb acht durch eine Art Wecker geweckt. Im Restaurant mehrfach unsauberes Geschirr. '
