'To be honest I was a bit disappointed, considering the price the food was not good at all , not fresh and very bad service, the robes of the spa were so old and holes in the robes , and shortage of staff, so for example the bell boy was doing the reception work , serving coffee and opening the hotels door !!!!! And also the spa didn’t had enough therapist, so they gave such an excuses that you don’t need this therapy at the moment!!!!'

'This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. 'Geweldig leuk en nieuw hotel midden in het oude centrum van Nafplio, dus alles binnen loopafstand. De kamers waren zeer schoon en hadden een leuk balkonnetje waar je uitkijkt op de haven. Een minpuntje wel vond ik de badkamer in mijn single room wel een beetje klein. Elke morgen is het ontbijt goed verzocht, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Ik zal dit hotel zo weer boeken.'

'Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Groot zwembad.De kamer is wat gedateerd,verschillende stukken laminaat aan elkaar gezet.Verder wel netjes.Mooi uitzicht op zee.Zon staat wel pal op het balkon, s'middags geen schaduw. S'morgens en s'avonds kon je er goed zitten.Het hotel is wel ver van de vele strandtentjes,maar bus stopt voor de deur.'

'Het hotel ligt aan zee en heeft gratis ligbedden. Kamer was krap voor 3 personen. Maar schoon en netjes. Ontbijt werd voor je opgeschept. Dit ging niet altijd soepel. Heerlijke sinaasappelsap, heerlijk zwembad en met badmeester. En het eten bij het zwembad was goed. We wilden extra boeken, maar het hotel was vol. '

'Stayed with small kids to all inclusive for 5 days, Perfect place. Pool is great, close to small town. Close to beach. Peaceful and quiet. Staff are super nice and high standard of service. I really enjoyed my visit.'

'Zeer goed hotel met een rooftop restaurant met ook een heerlijk klein zwembad. Vanaf hier een mooi uitzicht op de haven van Gytion. De kamer was netjes met een lekker douche. S'ochtends is er genoeg keuze bij het ontbijt en kan op het het terras buiten worden genuttigd. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel.'
