'We loved this hotel but the last 2 times we have stayed the staff is horrible. The hotel was full and for breakfast the staff was mad and stop the breakfast at 8:30am when they had lines of people just for lazy. The where bring out cereal with bad face. And this be like that the last couple of times we stayed here and every time it gets worst one of them looked like she was in drugs. In the night you can here kids running around the hotel knocking doors and run and front desk did nothing about...

'Dit hotel is niet aan te bevelen, we hadden er 4 overnachtingen. De kamer werd niet schoongemaakt naar de receptie gegaan wat hier de bedoeling van was, antwoord we moesten de handdoeken en afval buiten zetten. Dan wist het personeel dat ze er nieuwe handdoeken er neer moesten leggen. Maar dat baten niet, we moesten elke dag naar de receptie stampij maken voor onze spullen te krijgen. Maar het bed werd niet opgemaakt. Terwijl ze het wel beloofd hadden om het te doen.'

'Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. '

'The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in.'

'I recently stayed at the Bullock Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. If you love historic places with character, this is definitely the place for you. The atmosphere really makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, and the stories about it being haunted add to the experience. 'Hotel is under renovations, so a little "messy" getting around, but completely understandable! It should be amazing when complete. '

'Very nice place only odd for me used to staying in an hotel as two doors unusual & very handy. Was evident trying very hard with super employees & whole Deadwood Gultch trying hard. Was a very fun stay! Shuttle very informative from employees, on time & fun to use. Convenient! Thank you will stay again.'
