'We enjoy staying there when we pass through. It is right off the interstate but at the end of a calm, safe access road with a pond & trees. The restaurant next door, Margaritas, is also worth the trip. DELICIOUS, The rooms are so well maintained. It is a family operation & it feels warm & familial. There's nothing to speak of for breakfast, but there's everything you need on that road including gas & an area to walk by the pond.'

The inside is new and immaculate with full kitchen and laundry facilities, and the very comfy chairs and couches are perfect for lounging around. There are clear views of the eastern sky, allowing you to view beautiful sunrises and moonrises right from the front porch. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and have excellent local knowledge; our son had a wonderful day fishing on Lake McConaughy with a guide they recommended. A...
