'DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The front desk clerk was a rude man. The shower walls had greasy black hand prints on them. Shower curtain absolutely filthy. Shower floor dirty. Carpet was old stained everywhere. Pillows were great if you could figure out how to mash them together to make one regular sized pillow. Bed was obviously old This place is terrible. Stayed here in 2022 it was just as bad then.'

'Noisey hallway at night our room was next to the laundry room and ran most of the night. People at front desk did not know the area well and was unable to give directions or recommendation. The entire place smelled of curry and strong spices that made me nauseated'

'We had a great time in the Spruce House. It’s a cute house in a great location if you’re visiting Ogallala. Two couples and one doggo stayed a few nights, and it had everything we needed. Lots of amenities including a remodeled kitchen with all cups, bakeware, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ, washer and dryer. Place was clean, furniture comfortable. Big TV, fast internet. Will stay again if heading back to OG.The listing is very clear about this but one thing to note is that the house...

'Gorgeous home with so much room. Enjoyed the golf simulator & being able to sit & gather with friends & family. Beautiful Master bath & amazing views of the lake. Will definately be requesting to stay here again.'

Our hosts were super great and they did the extra to make our time there wonderful.
