'The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. 'Ocean was visible front Room 2428. Spa was excellent. You are offered a bonus of day use of the sauna, jacuzzi and indoor pool once you book a massage. (John (Joa) is charming). The room cleaning service was excellent. My experience is that all the staff went over and above to provide the care and attention to guests. '

'The facilities are decent, but overall experience does not justify the price. Most of the staff does not speak any foreign languages. Horrible breakfast - loads of cheap, low quality junk. Smell from canalization in the room toilet. You need a taxi (20 Reals one way) or 30 min walk to the town. Be aware that this hotel is focused on families with small kids - if you do not want to feel as a kindergarten teacher, avoid.'

'This is a nice hotel and all rooms above ground floor have lovely ocean views. We do find that hotels in Brasil are expensive for what you get with facilities. Small things broken in the room and public areas. For this sort of money you expect a bit better. Also for an adults only hotel, some staff and policies were more aimed at children. For example, being told where and when you could fill your water bottle for the day, and where and when you couldn't. It's not a big thing to manage.'

'Very basic hotel. Room was very basic but ok. Everything worked. Don’t expect luxury. Very basic breakfast, especially for Brazil where the breakfast is usually very good. Cleaning was so so, found a hair in shower. No shampoo just basic soap. Staff was friendly always.'
